Aloka Arachige

Aloka Arachige is currently the Head of Security & Compliance at Clearbit. Aloka has over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, including DevOps, cloud operations, and security.

Arachige started their career as a software engineer, and later transitioned into DevOps and cloud operations. Aloka has worked with mobile operators in Latin America, Asia, and EU on complex integration between Juvo's cloud platform and operator legacy systems. Arachige was also a key member of the "forward deployment “team for new mobile operator on-boarding. At Juvo, they had P&L and budget responsibility for cloud operations.

In October 2018, Arachige joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Senior Technical Account Manager in the Enterprise Support group. In this role, they provided technical support to AWS customers with complex technical problems related to AWS services. Aloka also managed a team of technical account managers who provided support to AWS customers globally.

Arachige left AWS in July 2020 to join Clearbit as the Head of Security & Compliance. In this role, they are responsible for Clearbit's compliance with data privacy and security regulations, as well as developing and implementing security policies and procedures.

Aloka Arachige has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science & Economics from San Francisco State University. Aloka also has a Diploma in Computer Science and Telecommunications from NIBM - National Institute of Business Management, Colombo, Sri Lanka. For their A Levels, they studied Pure Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English and Economics at D. S. Senanayake College.

Their manager is Ross Moser, CEO. They are on a team with Jenny Thai - Director of Communications & Content, Stacey Klimek - Chief People Officer, and Chris Stiemert - Head of Talent.
