Cindy Blass

Cindy Blass is currently the Head of Special Projects at Clearbit. Cindy has been with the company since January 2021. Prior to their current position, they were the Head of Employee Experience & Development, where they were responsible for ensuring that the employee performance, growth, and engagement strategy aligned with business priorities and focus areas. Cindy also owned the continuous improvement of performance management across the organization, with a high emphasis on leadership coaching and high-quality feedback conversations.

Before joining Clearbit, Cindy was with Uber as the Sr. Manager Business Development; Brand & Experiential Partnerships and prior to that they served as the Senior Marketing Manager. Cindy has over 5 years of experience in marketing and brand management.

Cindy Blass has a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Merchandising, Production, and Design from Iowa State University. Her primary option is Merchandising.

Cindy Blass works with Julie Beynon - Head of Analytics, Juhi Saha - VP, Partnerships & Alliances. and Justin Tsang - Special Projects reports to Cindy Blass. Their manager is Robin Spencer, COO.
