Justin Tsang is the current Special Projects Manager at Clearbit. Justin has extensive experience in customer marketing, having served as the Director of Customer Marketing at Unbounce from June 2015 to April 2020. In this role, they led a team of customer marketers responsible for onboarding, retention, expansion, and feature adoption.

Prior to their time at Unbounce, Justin served as the Director of Creative Content Strategy at Weber Shandwick from April 2010 to May 2015. In this role, they worked with clients to develop inbound marketing campaigns that integrated editorial, visual, and web content; paid advertising; social media; marketing technology; offline tactics; and analytics. Justin also led the development of a proprietary approach to influencer relationship management called the Influencer Relationship Funnel.

Justin has been nominated for PR News' Rising PR Stars 30 and Under award in 2014. Their clients have included Adonit, Amazon, Bayer CropScience, Gogoro, LifeWise Health Plan of Washington, Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, and SHOEme.ca.

Justin Tsang's educational career includes a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University, an exchange at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a high school diploma from St. George's Secondary School. Justin also has certifications from Reforge and Roy Group.
