Paranth Thiruvengadam is the current CTO at ClearTax. Previously, they were the CTO at Medlife.com from November 2019 to January 2021. Prior to that, they were the Sr Director of Engineering (Global Engineering Head of Supply Chain Distribution & Forecasting) at Walmart Labs India from December 2016 to November 2019. Before that, they were the Chief Architect, Analytics Platform at IBM Labs from May 2015 to December 2016. Prior to that, they were the Senior Principal Architect (Director), Data & Analytics at Yahoo! Inc. from February 2007 to May 2015. Before that, they were the Principal Engineer at Headstrong from February 2006 to February 2007. Before that, they were a Senior Consultant at Collabera from April 2004 to February 2006. And before that, they were a Senior Software Engineer at HCL Technologies from September 2000 to April 2004. Paranth Thiruvengadam started their career as a Software Engineer at an Aviation Software Development Company from October 1999 to September 2000.

After completing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University, Paranth Thiruvengadam pursued a Master of Computer Applications at the same school.

They are on a team with Vishal Dubey - EVP, Small Business, Srivatsan Chari - Co-Founder, and Abhishek Verma - EVP, Strategy. Their manager is Archit Gupta, CEO & Co-Founder.
