Ronda Watson

Ronda Watson currently serves as Vice President of Culinary Service at Clearwater Living, a position held since June 2024. Previously, Ronda was the National Director of Culinary Services at AlerisLife from November 2020 to June 2024, and the Director of Food and Nutrition at St. Joseph of Orange under Aramark Healthcare from February 2020 to November 2020. Ronda's extensive experience in the culinary field includes a long tenure as Senior Vice President of Culinary Services at Atria Senior Living from 1996 to December 2019, as well as roles as Regional Food Service Director at ARV Assisted Living and Director of Food Service and Dietitian at Desert Valley Hospital. Ronda began a career in food service at Bear Valley Community Hospital in 1992. Ronda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Loma Linda University, earned between 1988 and 1992.
