Vickie Brockman-Hall

Vickie Brockman-Hall is an experienced professional in human resources and education, currently serving as Adjunct Faculty at Cleary University since January 2021, where responsibilities include instruction in management, leadership, and Human Resources, along with curriculum design expertise. Since September 2019, Vickie has held the position of Director of Human Resources Operations at Wayne State University, leading HR initiatives for the Region B Area. Prior roles include Associate Superintendent of Human Resources, Legal & Labor Affairs at Southfield Public Schools, and Chief Human Resources Officer at Detroit Public Schools, where comprehensive oversight of HR functions was managed. Vickie pursued advanced education, currently completing a Doctorate in Public Administration/Organizational Management at Capella University, following an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Detroit Mercy.
