Luca Biancucci

Luca Biancucci serves as the HR Manager at Clementoni since November 2020, overseeing internal organizational processes and development while acting as the company's point of reference for HR policies and management support. Prior to this, Luca held the position of HR Generalist at Magneti Marelli from July 2017 to November 2020, managing human resources for the Powertrain headquarters in Bologna and handling recruitment, termination, and personnel transfers. Additionally, Luca worked as an Organization & Leadership Development Specialist, contributing to human resource development processes and organizational communications. Luca holds multiple degrees from Università Politecnica delle Marche, including a Master's in Economia e Management and a Laurea triennale in Economia e Commercio, as well as a Master's degree in Business Administration from Hochschule Bielefeld.
