Chris Cherney

Chris Cherney, AIC, AINS, has extensive experience in claims management, currently serving as a Senior PIP/Med-Pay Claims Specialist at National Interstate Insurance Company since May 2014. Responsibilities include reviewing coverage, investigating claims, and facilitating resolutions through arbitrations, mediations, and trials. Previously, Chris has held several roles within the same company, including PIP/Med-Pay Claims Specialist and Property Damage Claims Adjuster. In addition to insurance, Chris has been involved in the sports industry, serving as an Off-Ice Official and Statistician for the Cleveland Monsters, and working as a skating instructor and assistant coach for Iceland USA's Hockey Power Hour. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Cleveland State University.
