Mickayla J. Garcia

Mickayla J. Garcia, MHA, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Development at Cleveland Clinic, focusing on managing and soliciting gifts from various constituents and developing a Funding Website to assist faculty and students. Prior to this role, Garcia held the same title at Baylor College of Medicine, where significant contributions included developing funding resources for the Office of Research and completing an administrative fellowship within the Office of the President. Garcia's experience encompasses project management in value-based care at SeniorMed Primary Care Center, data analysis and proposal drafting during an internship at Dell Children's Medical Center, and practical exposure to healthcare administration during an internship at Laredo Medical Center.
