Sydell L. Miller

Sydell Miller is currently a trustee at the Cleveland Clinic. Prior to their current position, they served as an organizational ombuds at Akron General Health System from February 2005 to April 2016. In this role, they were responsible for mediating disputes between employees and the organization.

Before their time at Akron General, Miller was a trainer and mediator at the Cleveland Mediation Center from February 1998 to August 2001. In this role, they facilitated communication and conflict resolution skills for the community.

Sydell Miller earned a Master of Arts from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Arts from Youngstown State University. Sydell is also an ICF Member Badge holder from the International Coaching Federation.
