Patricia Townsend

Patricia Townsend currently serves as the Manager of Clinical/Trauma Therapist at the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center, a position held since October 2025. Previously, Patricia held various roles at the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay, including Director and Manager of Clinical Services and Trauma Therapist from August 2020 to October 2025. Other past positions include Family Counselor at Adoption Related Services of Pinellas and Residential Program Manager, Therapist, and PSOC at Mercy Home for Boys & Girls between July 2013 and February 2020. Patricia's earlier experience includes working as a Trauma Intervention Specialist at Healing Hurt People-Chicago and multiple roles at Mediagistic, ranging from Key Account Manager to Intern. Patricia holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Chicago, as well as degrees in International Business and Marketing from Maastricht University and the University of Florida, respectively.
