Sidharth Malik

Sidharth Malik is the current CEO at CleverTap and was formerly with Zacco, 360° Intellectual Property. Sidharth has also been with Freshworks Inc. (formerly Freshdesk) from August 2017 to November 2021, where they held the position of Chief Revenue Officer. As the Chief Revenue Officer (C.R.O.) at Freshworks, Mr. Malik was responsible for Go-To-Market (G.T.M.) functions including Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Partnerships, Digital Marketing, Field Marketing and Revenue Operations.

Sidharth has helped scale the business 4X in the past three years with a focus on hyper-growth by leading & managing a team of high performing functional and revenue leaders. Mr. Malik has also planned & ensured R.O.I. for the crucial digital marketing-driven inbound business, implemented robust processes and instrumentation required for each stage of growth, impacted non-linear growth by way of partnerships-Channels, ISVs, Alliances, and start-up’s ecosystems and championed our unique entrepreneurial and employee-centred culture to create a highly engaged team.
