Customer engagement platform CleverTap has announced Abhishek Gupta is joining the company as Chief Customer Success Officer. Mr. Gupta’s role will be to lead CleverTap’s customer engagement and retention efforts.

Mr. Gupta brings more than 18 years of SaaS and customer relations experience, most recently leading Sprinklr’s customer success and professional service teams in Asia.
