Director of Customer Care at ClickLearn

Per Ferdinandsen is the Director of Customer Care at ClickLearn. Prior to that, they were the E-Learning Manager at PANDORA A/S from January 2012 to January 2016. During their time there, they were responsible for the global online learning management solution based on Cornerstone OnDemand. Per promoted the platform via conferences, webinars, social learning platform, etc. Additionally, they managed content production, delivery, and content lifecycle. Notable results from their time at PANDORA include increasing in-store E-learning user adoption tenfold in 3 years and successfully designing and introducing the digital social learning concept.

Per Ferdinandsen has a Master of Science in Information Technology from Aalborg University, specializing in ICT, Learning and Organizational Change. Per also has a Bachelor's degree in Teaching from University College Copenhagen. Prior to their academic career, Per Ferdinandsen served as a Sergeant in the Air Force, and attended Flyvevåbnets Sergent- og Reserveofficersskole. Per's secondary education includes Gymnasium level studies in English, German, Mathematics, Physics, Philosophy, Biology, from Stenløse Amtsgymnasium, Sandbjergskolen, and DPU.
