Neil Amaral is the Customer Service Lead at ClickUp. Prior to that, they were an Account Executive at Truly.co from December 2019 to October 2020. In that role, they were responsible for providing a reliable and scalable VoIP experience across customer facing teams, as well as ensuring seamless but robust CRM integration to capture as much data as possible. Neil also provided experienced customer support with a <3 minute response time.

Previously, Neil was an Account Executive at AT&T from July 2018 to December 2019, where they managed business accounts across Silicon Valley with a focus in Cupertino, San Jose, and Santa Clara. Neil utilized the entirety of AT&T's product portfolio to generate solutions for clients, managed cross functional partnerships with call centers and 3rd party vendors to drive revenue in their accounts, and developed a lead generation strategy through cold calling and door-knocking, and industry research. Neil also managed the entire sales cycle from lead generation through post-sales relationship management.

Neil has also developed consultative relationships with the Bay Area Startup community and acts as a technical resource as they grow. Neil applies SOCS principles to provide holistic and tailored business solutions including Dedicated Fiber Internet Circuits, Mobility, VoIP, Cybersecurity Solutions, mobile workforce and fleet management, and other SaaS solutions. Neil also supported the regional sales team by helping train new employees and developing marketing strategies.

Neil Amaral attended the University of Maryland, where they earned bachelor's degrees in marketing and environmental economics. Neil also participated in a study abroad program at UNSW, where they studied marketing, environmental economics, and other subjects. In addition to their formal education, Neil has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn and HubSpot Academy in areas such as business analysis, communication, Excel, and strategic thinking.
