Drew Rundus

Drew Rundus is a partner at Clifford Chance LLP, specializing as a US-qualified financial markets attorney. They have represented various financial investors, issuers, and underwriting banks in transformative financing transactions, including high yield debt and registered equity offerings. Drew also provides counsel on ongoing disclosure and compliance under US securities laws.
