Eric Schaffer

Eric Schaffer serves as a Private Equity M&A Associate at Clifford Chance in New York, focusing on private equity transactions since October 2017. In this role, Eric represents both domestic and international financial investors along with their portfolio companies on a variety of legal matters, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations. Eric's legal experience includes positions as a Securities Arbitration Clinic Student at Labaton Sucharow LLP, a Summer Law Clerk at Clifford Chance, and an extern at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
