Gabrielle Ruiz

Gabrielle Ruiz is a senior lawyer at Clifford Chance LLP, specializing in corporate restructuring and insolvency law since December 1997. With extensive experience representing banks, debtors, sponsors, and insolvency officeholders in both domestic and cross-border matters, Gabrielle also contributes to insolvency law reform projects. Prior to this role, Gabrielle worked as a trainee and then a solicitor at Birchall Blackburn Law, focusing on commercial litigation. Gabrielle holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Exeter and a Joint Honours degree in English Literature and French from the University of Liverpool.
