Mathieu Remy

Mathieu Remy is the Managing Partner at Clifford Chance in Paris, a position held since 2020. They previously served as a Partner at Clifford Chance LLP from 2011 to 2020 and at Shearman & Sterling LLP from 1999 to 2011, focusing on domestic and cross-border public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity transactions. Mathieu holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, where they were a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and earned a Magistère de Juriste d’Affaires from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
