Allison Zwelling

Allison Zwelling is a knowledgeable Process Engineer at Cleveland-Cliffs, having held various roles including Operations Shift Manager and Process Engineering Intern since June 2023. Prior experience includes serving at The Whitney House and leading summer camp operations as Assistant Summer Camp Director at YMCA Camp Kern, where oversight was provided for over 50 staff members and 200 campers. Additionally, Allison participated in the Disney College Program at Walt Disney World as a food and beverage hostess, acquiring leadership skills aligned with Disney's 5 Keys principles. Earlier in their career, experience was gained as Team Manager and Server at The Village Parlor. Allison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University and a high school diploma from Ursuline Academy-Cincinnati.
