Shanna Roberts

Shanna Roberts is a seasoned healthcare consultant with extensive experience in revenue cycle management and contract compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Healthcare Consultant at Climb Healthcare Consulting since January 2025, Shanna previously held similar roles at R1 RCM and Octave. Prior to these positions, Shanna worked at Sutter Health as the Director of Revenue Cycle Contract Compliance and spent nearly a decade at Triage Consulting Group in various managerial roles. Shanna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from UC San Diego and completed a Professional Coach Certification through UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education in 2022.
