Lola Montfort

Lola Montfort has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lola started their career as a Counselor at Independent Lake Camp from 2008 to 2011. Lola then worked as a Regional Sales Manager for France at Pillsbury Summer Camp from November 2013 to July 2014. In 2015, Lola joined Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts as a Sales and Front of House Trainee for a few months. In 2016, they worked as a Club Lounge & Guest Recognition Trainee at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. for a brief period before transitioning to Soho House & Co as a Public Relations Europe Soho House Berlin. Lola continued to pursue their education and completed a Master's Degree in Public Relations from the University of Westminster from September 2017 to November 2018.

In 2019, Lola joined The Ned as a Members Relations staff member from January to September, and then moved to WeWork as a Community Lead starting from November 2019 until December 2021. Currently, Lola works for CLIQ Digital as a Content Creators Account Manager, starting from December 2021.
