Barry O'Donnell

Barry O'Donnell has a wealth of work experience in the IT field. Barry began their career in 2013 as a Student Engineer at ESB International. In 2015, they joined ESB as an IT Technical Delivery Lead, where they were responsible for the Smart Metering Project and Infrastructure & Environment Lead for the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) & Communications Delivery Team. Barry was also the IT Technical Lead for the ITS Continuous Delivery Project. In 2019, they joined Clir Renewables as a Technical Services Team Lead, Senior Project Analyst, and Project Analyst.

Barry O'Donnell obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) from the University of Galway between 2010 and 2014, with a field of study in Energy Systems Engineering. Barry then pursued an MSc Business Information Systems at University College Cork from 2014 to 2015. Prior to this, they attended Glenstal Abbey School from 2007 to 2010.
