Jerome Brice

Jerome Brice is an Executive Board Member at CloudMade. Prior to joining CloudMade, they were a VP Finance at Valeo from 2007 to 2022. During their time at Valeo, they were responsible for M&A within the Strategic Operations Dep. From 2004 to 2007, Jerome worked as a Financial Analyst at Merrill Lynch where they specialized in French takeover rules, mergers & acquisitions techniques, and business plan modelling. Some notable transactions they advised on include the debt restructuring of Alstom and the buy-out of France Telecom/Orange by Orange.

Jerome Brice studied economics and law at Mines Paris and École Polytechnique.
