Ranjit Babu

Ranjit is Cloudtail’s Managing Director and CEO.

Since 2017 and till he was named CEO in April 2021, Ranjit was Category Leader at Cloudtail and responsible for strategic vendor relationships, sales and inventory for our Appliances, Home, Furniture, Kitchen and associated categories. He also headed Cloudtail’s Operational Excellence and shared service teams.

Prior to Cloudtail, Ranjit worked in sales and marketing roles at Nokia and Apple and Amazon, and a short stint in publishing and education at the Karadi Tales company. He graduated from the Indian School of Business’ PGP and earned a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunications engineering from Mumbai University.
