Raymond Cesana

Raymond Cesana possesses extensive experience in automotive training and management. Currently serving as the Northeast Technical Trainer at Club Assist LLC since October 2009, Raymond leads technical training for the AAA fleet and contractor network, actively revising training courses and addressing safety concerns. Previous roles include Pacesetter Technical Trainer at AAA Southern New England, where Raymond improved training flow and developed new hire presentations, and Automotive Instructor at Universal Technical Institute, achieving a 95% pass rate in the brakes course.
