Alan Leach

Alan Leach serves as Chief Executive at West Wood Club since October 2005, where a promotion to Regional Manager occurred, overseeing all business development strategies and membership sales training for the organization. In addition to managing regional responsibilities, Leach has developed and conducted sales and marketing training personally, crafting all marketing communications without outsourcing. As a contributing writer for Club Solutions Magazine since March 2018 and Chair Elect of IHRSA, Leach plays a vital role in advancing the global fitness industry. Past roles include General Manager and Sales & Marketing Director at Dundrum Gym, where membership grew from 700 to 3,100 under Leach's leadership. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Marketing from the Marketing Institute Ireland and a degree from Technological University Dublin.
