Kathryn McConnachie has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the communications and digital media industry. Kathryn is currently the Head of Communications at Clue, where they focus on developing the content function within the business. Prior to this, they worked at Retroviral Digital Communications as a Creative Director, leading campaign creative and brand strategies. Kathryn also held the position of Head of Content at Retroviral. Before that, Kathryn was the Head of Copy & Content at G&G Digital, where they grew the creative team and executed award-winning digital strategies and campaigns. Kathryn began their career at ITWeb, where they worked as a Digital Media Editor and Journalist.

Kathryn McConnachie completed a disruptive strategy program at Harvard Business School Online in 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a BJourn degree with distinction in Journalism and Philosophy at Rhodes University from 2007 to 2010. Earlier, from 2002 to 2006, they attended Victoria Girls' High School. Additionally, Kathryn earned a Red & Yellow Certificate in Digital Copywriting with distinction from the Red & Yellow School in 2014.
