Graeme Johnston

Graeme Johnston is a seasoned professional in the banking sector with extensive experience in commercial finance and relationship management. Currently serving as the Commercial Director at Virgin Money since March 2021, Graeme manages portfolios of SME clients with lending requirements ranging from £1.5 million to £15 million. Prior to this role, Graeme worked at Clydesdale Bank from December 2002 to March 2021, where responsibilities included generating income through relationship sales, managing customer relationships, and leading a significant migration project within the Payments Partner role. Additionally, Graeme held the position of Bank Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and staffing in the flagship branch for the North East of Scotland. Graeme holds an HNC in Forestry from Inverness College.
