Rose Tomlins has extensive work experience in the field of brand and customer insight. Rose is currently the Head of Brand and Customer Insight at Virgin Money, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Brand Director at Bally's Interactive from July 2018 to February 2023, where they were responsible for managing multiple brands and leading various marketing teams.
Before their role at Bally's Interactive, Rose worked at Firefish Ltd from August 2013 to July 2018, first as a Director and then as the Group Director. In this role, they worked with notable brands such as Barclays, Unilever, and Virgin Voyages, helping them develop customer-centric brand and product strategies.
Their earlier experience includes roles at Seren Partners Ltd as the Principal Strategist from October 2012 to July 2013, GfK NOP as the Director from October 2009 to October 2012, and Harris Interactive as a Senior Researcher from April 2004 to April 2005. Rose also worked as a Senior Research Executive at Synovate from June 2001 to April 2004.
Rose Tomlins attended UCL from 1996 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Russian Language and Literature. Rose successfully completed their studies and earned a BA in Russian Language and Literature.
