During this time, they also pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business & Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Retail, and Psychology at the University of Westminster, graduating in 2013. Pim continued their education at the same university and earned a Master's Degree in Business Psychology with a thesis titled "How and when does Innovative behavior stimulate innovation" in 2014. In terms of additional certifications, Pim obtained qualifications in test use from The British Psychological Society in April 2014 and completed a course on Identifying growth opportunities using market intelligence from Growth Learning Solutions in May 2015. Pim also received certification in Lumina Learning from Lumina Learning in April 2014.
