Kathy Mucci

Kathy Mucci is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Managing Director of Human Resources at CME Group since May 2001, Kathy Mucci provides strategic HR consultation and develops comprehensive programs to support business strategies across various divisions, including Technology and Finance. Previously, Kathy held the position of Associate Director for Recruitment and Retention at CME Group, where oversight of the recruiting function and resolution of complex employee relations issues were key responsibilities.
