Drew Thompson

Drew Thompson is a prominent figure in the field of public policy and international relations, currently serving as a Visiting Senior Research Fellow at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy since September 2018, where responsibilities include teaching graduate-level courses on US-China Relations and Political Risk Analysis, as well as organizing significant events on national security issues. Additionally, Drew Thompson has been a Senior Research Scientist at CNA Corporation since June 2018 and previously held various leadership positions, including Director for China, Taiwan, and Mongolia at the United States Department of Defense from April 2011 to June 2018, and Director of China Studies at the Center for the National Interest from June 2007 to April 2011.
