Bharti Bist is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as the APAC & India DEI Manager at CNH Industrial since June 2014. In this role, Bharti Bist has also held positions such as India Talent Manager & Diversity & Inclusion Lead, and Human Resources Business Manager. Prior to CNH Industrial, Bharti Bist worked as the Head of Admin & Facilities at CK Birla Group and held the position of Associate General Manager for Administration & Facilities at Vedanta Resources. With a military background as a Major in the Indian Army/Army Ordnance Corps, Bharti Bist possesses a strong educational foundation, including ongoing studies in Diversity & Inclusion Management at Harvard University, and various degrees in Business Management, Soft Skills Training, and Chemistry. This diverse expertise underpins Bharti Bist's commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
