Eli Maes

Eli Maes is an experienced Design Analysis & Simulation Engineer at CNH Industrial since July 2012, specializing in structural analysis utilizing finite element methods and collaborating with design teams for improvements. Previously, Eli served as a Mechanical Design Engineer focusing on driveline systems and residue management for New Holland combine harvesters, emphasizing belt and chain-driven applications as well as design of castings and sheet metal parts. Prior experience includes a role at Corvan NV, where Eli worked on the concept design of a fully automatic warehouse for sheet metal plates, and as a Strandredder at Strandreddingsdienst Oostende. Eli holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering Electromechanics from Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge-Oostende.
