Jess Freesemann

Jess Freesemann is an experienced professional in program and engineering management, currently serving as the Director of Program Management for the Precision Technology Group & Raven at CNH Industrial since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jess amassed significant experience at Raven Industries over 16 years, progressing from Program Manager to Director of Engineering. Earlier in the career, Jess held the position of Project Manager at Daktronics for nearly three years. Jess holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
