Melissa Frydman Strauss

Melissa Frydman Strauss serves as the Director of Integrated Content Development at CNN since August 2018, overseeing editorial efforts for various CNN Originals projects. With experience in roles such as Editorial Producer for CNN This Morning and Manager of CNN Contributors, Melissa has honed skills in cross-platform segment production and organizational integration. Previous internships include positions at C-SPAN, AMC Networks, the United States Senate, and the U.S. House of Representatives, providing a diverse foundation in political and media environments. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University, complemented by a semester abroad in Italian Language at Florence University of the Arts, and graduated with honors from Oakwood High School.
