Bruce Baude

Bruce Baude is the Chief Operations and Technology Officer at CNO Financial. Bruce has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Baude has a proven track record in building and leading successful organizations.

Baude began their career at TSYS iSolutions, where they served as President and CEO for four years. During their tenure, they led the company through a period of significant growth and profitability. In 2005, they joined LTCG as CEO. Under their leadership, the company became the leading outsourcer to the Long Term Care Insurance Industry.

In 2009, Baude was recruited to Univita Health as Chief Operating Officer. At Univita, they were responsible for all aspects of operations, including product development, actuarial consulting, applications processing, underwriting, policy issuance, customer service, premium billing and collecting, commission payment, claims processing, telephonic and in-home assessments, ongoing claims administration, and care management. Baude played a key role in transforming Univita into a leading provider of home-based care services.

In 2012, Baude joined CNO Financial as Chief Operations and Technology Officer. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of technology and operations for the company. Baude is a visionary leader with a passion for building high-performing organizations. Bruce is committed to providing excellent customer service and delivering superior results.

Bruce Baude has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.

They work with Michael B. Byers - Co-President, Worksite Division, John R. Kline - Chief Accounting Officer, and Mike Heard - President, Worksite Division. and Mike Mead - SVP, Chief Information Officer reports to Bruce Baude. Bruce Baude reports to Gary C. Bhojwani, CEO.
