Don Garcia

Don Garcia is a seasoned professional in the healthcare industry with extensive experience in Medicare sales operations and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Medicare Sales Operations at CNO Financial Group since March 2021, Don has previously held the position of Medicare Distribution Consultant at LEK, Guidepoint, ThirdBridge, and AlphaSights from April 2019 to March 2021. Prior to that, Don was the Director of Brokerage Sales at Cigna from July 2013 to February 2019. Don holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida.
