Rogério Fonseca

Rogério Fonseca has extensive experience in commercial operations and business development across various sectors, particularly in gas and energy. At CNOOC International, Rogério served as Executive Manager for Gas Commercial Operations & New Energies, overseeing commercial strategy, market development, and team leadership. Prior roles include creating the Gas department for CNOOC in Brazil, and holding significant positions at OGMA, GE, the American Bureau of Shipping, and Safran Helicopter Engines, where Rogério led commercial operations and developed compliance strategies. Education includes an Executive Master's in Oil & Gas from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a Leadership Development Course from Crotonville Alumni.
