Laurence Caillat

Laurence Caillat possesses extensive experience in human resources and training development, currently serving as Responsable pôle Développement RH at CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique since January 2010. Laurence oversees skill development activities, recruitment, and project management for 2,300 employees, while also implementing national HR campaigns. Previously, Laurence held various positions at GO SPORT from 1997 to December 2009, including Chef de projet formation et conduite du changement for a SAP project and management roles in purchasing administration and budgeting. Laurence holds a Master’s degree in Purchasing from École Supérieure de Commerce Et de Management, as well as a BA in Business, Languages, and Information Technology from the University of Wolverhampton, and a DUT in GEA from Université Grenoble Alpes.
