Dawn joined Brothers Business Interiors in June 2017 as the Human Resource Manager. She graduated in December 2014 from Concordia University with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Business Management. She is currently a Graduate Student at Concordia University pursuing a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership. Her prior work experience was with multiple industries including retail, construction, manufacturing, automotive, and professional services.

She has a broad business experience handling Office Management, Accounting, and Human Resource functions for these organizations. Her responsibilities at Coakley Brothers Company include benefit administration, compensation, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Dawn earned her SHRM-CP (Society of Human Resource Management-Certified Professional) in 2016.
