Hi! We're Cobble. We help people make better, faster decisions together on what to do.
Minimum technical proficiencies
Any potential candidates should have all of the following technical proficiencies.
-
Docker All aspects of Cobble’s software are containerized using Docker & docker-compose.
-
Amazon Web Services (AWS) Most of the existing infrastructure lives on AWS, and a deep knowledge of the following services is required:
-
ECS
-
ECR
-
EC2
-
SSM
-
S3
-
Lambda
-
CloudWatch
-
MongoDB Atlas
**Cobble’s databases live on MongoDB Atlas cloud. ** Security The security of any digital platform being ever more important, an understanding of the core fundamentals is a must-have, and the more knowledge the better.
**Additional technical proficiencies **While not required, the following technical proficiencies are good to have, and will need to be learned if not already known.
Flask/Python The back-end is built on a Flask/Python stack and a good understanding of it will be useful to build the right processes (testing, CI/CD, etc..)
React.js The CMS is built using a React.js stack and a good understanding of it will be useful to build the right processes (testing, CI/CD, etc..)
CI/CD processes While not urgent, CI/CD processes will have to be implemented as the team grows to facilitate reliable deployment strategies across several developers.
