Dean Jackson

Dean Jackson is a seasoned professional in the human resources and digital employee experience sectors, currently serving as the Director of Global Digital Employee Experience and Head of P&C Digital at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners since October 2019. Previously, Dean held several leadership roles at IAG, including Head of P&C Digital for Australia and People Systems Manager, where responsibilities spanned from HR advisory to business process leadership. Dean's career began at Robert Walters as a Pre-employment Screening Coordinator. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Business Management and a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management from TAFE NSW, along with a Full-time Diploma of Property (Real Estate) from TAFE NSW Gymea Campus.
