VP Sales - North America at Codat

Craig Nile is currently the VP Sales - North America at Codat. Prior to that, they were the Head of Enterprise Sales, Americas at Slack from February 2017 to October 2020. There, they were responsible for building Slack's Enterprise Sales business across North, Central, and South America - including Higher Education, Nonprofit, and Government verticals. Craig scaled the team to over 50 Account Executives and 7 Leaders who passionately shared how Slack's platform could make prospects' and customers' businesses more connected, productive, and successful. Craig implemented strategy, process, and hands-on coaching resulting in 5x revenue growth for the segment.

Before Slack, Craig was with Salesforce from November 2006 to January 2017 as the VP, Commercial Sales, Australia & New Zealand. There, they led Salesforce's sales and account management efforts across five commercial and not for profit teams covering Australia and New Zealand.

Craig has also held positions at Neocase as a Regional Account Manager from December 2005 to November 2006; DecisionPoint Software as a Business Development from January 2004 to December 2005; and Convergence as a Sales and Project Manager from January 2000 to December 2002.

Craig Nile received their BS in Operations Management from the University of Colorado Boulder. Before transferring to CU Boulder, they studied Computer Science at Wheaton College Massachusetts.

They are on a team with Matt Hicks - VP Sales - Europe & ROW, Philip Low - Head of Partnerships, and Joshua Jones - Head of Marketing. Craig Nile reports to Peter Lord, CEO & Co-Founder. A direct report to Craig Nile is and Aylin Alkan - Business Development Manager.
