Andreea Francu is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager and DE&I Champion for Africa and Western Europe at Coface since September 2015, with expertise in executive search and talent mapping across Central and Eastern Europe. Prior professional experience includes serving as a Senior Human Capital Consultant at Architected Business Solutions, where Andreea facilitated HR change processes, conducted organizational diagnostics, and developed talent management strategies. Prior to that, Andreea held the position of Senior Executive Search Consultant and Head of Research for Romania and Bulgaria at Arthur Hunt Group, specializing in headhunting for various sectors and providing career advisory services. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's in Human Resources from the Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative, along with a degree in Communication and Public Relations from the same institution. Additionally, Andreea completed a coaching program in 2023.
