Vincent Lebel

Vincent Lebel, MPM, currently serves as a Delivery Manager for Digital Transformation and Innovation at Cofomo, focusing on high-level support for key customers, governance participation, and the development of Expertise as a Service offerings. Prior experience includes roles at Rizing HCM, where responsibilities ranged from Workforce Optimization Manager to Project Controller, emphasizing strategic planning and process improvement. Vincent also held logistics management responsibilities for a major case competition at Concours KGP, contributed to continuous improvement initiatives at Groupe Robert, and conducted operational analysis during an internship at IKEA Canada. Vincent is pursuing a Baccalauréat in Law at Université de Montréal, having previously earned a Master's in Project Management from ESG UQAM and a Bachelor in Business Administration with a concentration in Supply Chain Management from HEC Montréal.
