Pierre Bourgeois

Pierre Bourgeois has extensive experience in international tax consultancy with a focus on cross-border and M&A transactions. Currently serving as Partner in International Tax Services at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton since February 2017, Pierre leads global cross-border tax services at Grant Thornton International Ltd until December 2024. Prior roles include Senior Tax Advisor at KPMG Canada, Partner in International Tax Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Senior Rulings Officer at the Canada Revenue Agency. Additionally, Pierre has contributed to academia as a lecturer at both HEC Montréal and Concordia University, and has shared expertise through various conferences and workshops on international tax. Pierre holds a GDPA in Accounting from McGill University and a B. Comm in Finance and Accounting from Concordia University.
