Nikhil Dattani-Patel

Nikhil Dattani-Patel is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as M&A Associate Director at Cognita Schools since October 2022. Previously, Nikhil held key roles at Meta Aerospace, first as Investment Associate and later as Investment Manager from September 2020 to September 2022, where contributions included the strategic acquisitions of Bear Defense Services and Special Applications Group. Nikhil's experience also encompasses an Investment Banking Analyst position at Evercore from July 2017 to March 2020, where advisory work included high-profile mergers and acquisitions, such as Comcast's $40 billion acquisition of Sky.
