Florinela Shmakova

Florinela Shmakova is an experienced professional in compensation and rewards management, having held senior roles at several notable companies. Most recently, Florinela served as a Senior Manager Rewards at Cognite from October 2024 to December 2024, and previously worked as a Compensation Consultant and Global Compensation and HR Data Manager at Funcom from March 2023 to November 2024.
